What is Candle Bliss?
Candle Bliss is a wholesale candle manufacturer in Phoenix, AZ that hand-pours coconut-apricot wax candles for retailers, corporate gifting, events, and private label brands.
Where are Candle Bliss candles made?
Every candle is hand-poured in Phoenix, AZ, USA.
What wax do you use?
We use a coconut-apricot wax blend.
What is the minimum order for wholesale candles?
The wholesale minimum order is $199. See Pricing & Minimums.
How long does a wholesale order take to ship?
Production takes 3–4 business days. Then your order ships from Phoenix, AZ. Shipping in the continental US is free on orders of $499 or more.
Do you offer samples before I order?
Yes. Our sample kit is 12 sample tins for $24, credited back on your first wholesale order.
Can I order on Faire instead?
Yes. Candle Bliss is also on Faire, where we are rated 5.0.
Can I send orders through an API?
Yes. Our Partner API sends on-demand orders straight to us, with gift notes, blind or branded packing slips, and expedited shipping.
What wicks do you use?
Cotton wicks, zinc- and lead-free, flat-braided with a rigid structure. They burn with a tighter, controlled flame that helps keep the glass from overheating on one side.
Can I mix scents in one order?
Yes! Mix any scents you like in one order.
When is payment due?
Payment is due when you place your order. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
What is your return policy?
Every candle is hand-poured to order, so custom, Design Your Own and private label orders are final sale. If anything arrives damaged or defective, email hello@candlebliss.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll replace it.
Design Your Own
Can I put my own logo on a candle?
Yes. Choose “Our label + your name” to add your business name to our label at no fee, or “Fully custom” to upload your own artwork.
What is the minimum order for private label candles?
Wholesale orders start at $199 per order, and you can mix scents to reach it. For fully custom labels, ask us for a quote.
Do you charge a setup fee for custom labels?
No setup fee, ever. We print and apply your labels, and check every file for size, DPI and print quality.
What file format do I upload for my label?
Send your artwork as a high-resolution file. We check every label file for size, DPI and print quality, and we’ll let you know if anything needs a tweak before we print.
Will I see a proof before you print?
Yes. We send a proof for your approval before anything is printed or poured.
Can I choose any fragrance for my private label candle?
Yes, any fragrance from our library of 100+.
Does every fragrance come in every vessel?
Yes. All of our 100+ fragrances come in every vessel.
Can you create a custom scent for my brand?
Ask us. Tell us the scent you have in mind and your quantity, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
How long do private label orders take?
Orders ship in 3–4 business days after you approve your proof.
Unlabeled candles
Do you sell blank or unlabeled candles in bulk?
Yes. We sell unlabeled candles by the case in amber and clear vessels, 4 oz and 9 oz.
What vessels and sizes are available?
Glass jars in 4 oz and 9 oz (amber or clear), tins in 4 oz and 8 oz, and an 11 oz frosted vessel. More vessels are coming.
Are unlabeled candles scented or unscented?
Choose any fragrance from our library of 100+. Looking for unscented? Just ask.
How many candles are in a case?
Most vessels come 12 per case: 9oz jars, 11oz frosted jars and 8oz tins. Our 4oz minis, jars and tins, come 24 per case.
Will reorders match the first batch?
Yes. We pour in consistent batches so your reorders match your first order.
Can I get a line sheet?
Yes. Email hello@candlebliss.com and we’ll send our current line sheet.
Signature Collections
What scents are in each Signature Collection?
Each collection page lists its scents. Browse the full lineup in our fragrance library.
Can I order a full collection in one click?
Order by scent and build the mix your shelf needs. Need help? We’re happy to put a set together.
Can I mix sizes within a collection?
Ask us when you order. We’ll help you build the mix of sizes that fits your shelf.
Can I add my business name to collection labels?
Yes. Collection candles come with our standard label or with your business name, at no fee.
How often do collections change?
Signature Collections are curated sets with fixed fragrances. New collections arrive with the seasons.
Sample kit
How much is the sample kit?
The sample kit is 12 sample tins for $24.
Is the sample kit credited toward my first order?
Yes. The cost of the kit is credited back on your first wholesale order.
Can I pick which scents are in my sample kit?
Yes. Pick any twelve from our library of 100+, or take the season’s featured twelve.
