At Candle Bliss, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Our return policy allows for the return of non-customized products within 10 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@candlebliss.com. Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns should be sent to the following address:

Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and provide a resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Customized products (such as special orders, personalized items, or custom-labeled products).
- Personal care items (such as beauty products).
- Sale items, gift cards, and store credits.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest process is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, without needing to provide a reason. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
