At Candle Bliss, we take pride in the quality of our products and craftsmanship. Please review this policy carefully, as return eligibility varies based on the nature of the product.
Returns — Non-Customized Products Only
Non-customized, non-personalized products may be eligible for return within ten (10) days of delivery, subject to approval.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return:

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained prior to return

Damage, Defect, or Incorrect Item Claims (72-Hour Window)
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Claims for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items must be submitted within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted.
All claims must include:

Clear photos of the product(s)

Photos of the internal packaging

Photos of the external shipping box

Photo of the shipping label
Approved claims will be resolved at Candle Bliss’s discretion through replacement, store credit, or refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise required by law.
Failure to submit a claim within the 72-hour window constitutes acceptance of the order.
Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
The following items are final sale and may not be returned, exchanged, or refunded for any reason:

Customized, personalized, private-label, white-label, print-on-demand, or made-to-order products

Products produced using customer-provided artwork, labels, logos, or specifications

Personal care or beauty items

Sale items, gift cards, and store credits

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If a return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired product after the original return has been received and processed.
European Union — Right of Withdrawal
For orders shipped to the European Union, eligible customers may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days of delivery, without providing a reason, except where excluded by law.
This right does not apply to customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.
