This website is operated by Candle Bliss LLC (“Candle Bliss,” “we,” “us,” “our”). Candle Bliss offers this website, including all information, tools, products, and services available from this site (the “Service”) to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Candle Bliss is a wholesale print-on-demand manufacturing platform. All purchases are intended for resale or for fulfillment through third-party marketplaces that act as the merchant of record and collect and remit applicable sales tax. Candle Bliss does not sell directly to consumers and does not collect or remit sales tax on behalf of customers.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are purchasing in the course of business and are responsible for all applicable sales, use, or VAT taxes related to the resale of products.

If you do not agree to all Terms, you may not access the website or use any Services.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell our products and Services.

SECTION 1 — ONLINE STORE TERMS

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have obtained consent for any minor dependents using this site.

Products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities.

SECTION 6 — CUSTOM ORDERS, PERSONALIZATION & CUSTOMER CONTENT

FINAL SALE — NO RETURNS

ALL CUSTOMIZED, PERSONALIZED, WHITE-LABEL, PRIVATE-LABEL, PRINT-ON-DEMAND, OR MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED, OR REFUNDED FOR ANY REASON.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all customization details, including spelling, design, placement, sizing, compliance text, and file quality.

CUSTOMER CONTENT LICENSE & INDEMNITY

You represent that you own or have all rights to any artwork, logos, images, text, or designs you submit (“Customer Content”).
You grant Candle Bliss a limited, royalty-free license to use Customer Content solely to produce and fulfill your order.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Candle Bliss LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from Customer Content, including intellectual property claims.

We reserve the right to reject Customer Content or cancel orders at our discretion.

SECTION 7 — BILLING, ORDERS & CANCELLATION

We may refuse or cancel any order at any time, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, supply issues, or violations of these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate billing and account information and keep it current.

SECTION 8 — SHIPPING, DELIVERY & CLAIMS

ESTIMATES ONLY

Production and shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, supply disruptions, and other events beyond our control may occur.

INSPECTION & CLAIMS WINDOW

All products are deemed accepted upon delivery.
Claims for damage, defects, shortages, or incorrect items must be submitted within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery with required photos.

Failure to submit a claim within this window constitutes irrevocable acceptance and waiver of claims.

RISK OF LOSS

Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon carrier pickup.

SECTION 9 — PRODUCT SAFETY; RETAILER OBLIGATIONS; ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Candle Bliss products are open-flame consumer products and must be used strictly in accordance with all safety instructions and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) guidance.

REQUIRED SAFE USE

Failure to follow safety instructions may result in fire, serious injury, property damage, or death.

Before Lighting

• Trim wick to ¼ inch before each burn

• Keep wax pool free of debris

• Use heat-resistant, stable candleholders

• Burn only in well-ventilated areas away from drafts

• Do not burn longer than 4 hours; allow 2 hours to cool before relighting

• Keep hair and clothing away from flame

While Burning

• Never leave unattended

• Keep away from flammable objects

• Keep away from children and pets

• Do not move while burning

• Discontinue use when ½ inch of wax remains

• Space candles 3 inches apart

• Extinguish if flame becomes excessive

• Never burn while sleeping or during power outages

When Extinguishing

• Use a snuffer

• Never use water

• Allow candle to cool completely before handling

RETAILER & PURCHASING PARTY OBLIGATIONS

If you purchase for resale, private label, gifting, or redistribution:

1. Insurance Requirement
   You are solely responsible for maintaining your own commercial general liability and product liability insurance sufficient for your business.

2. Customer Instruction Requirement
   You are solely responsible for conveying proper candle safety instructions and warnings to your customers and must not remove or contradict safety labeling.

3. Compliance Responsibility
   You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, labeling requirements, and consumer safety regulations in your jurisdiction.

PRIVATE LABEL — MANUFACTURER OF RECORD

When products are sold under a retailer’s brand, the retailer is deemed the manufacturer, seller, and distributor of record.
Candle Bliss acts solely as a contract manufacturer and fulfillment provider.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You assume all risks associated with open-flame candle use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Candle Bliss LLC disclaims liability for misuse, failure to follow instructions, modification, resale, or downstream distribution.

SECTION 10 — NO RELIANCE; NO ADVICE

Candle Bliss does not provide legal, regulatory, safety, insurance, or compliance advice. You acknowledge you have not relied on Candle Bliss for such guidance.

SECTION 11 — OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Third-party tools and links are provided “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

SECTION 12 — USER COMMENTS & FEEDBACK

Any submissions may be used by Candle Bliss without restriction or compensation. You are responsible for the legality of your submissions.

SECTION 17 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Candle Bliss LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

SECTION 18 — INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Candle Bliss LLC from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms, resale activities, failure to convey safety instructions, failure to maintain insurance, Customer Content, or end-consumer use.

SECTION 19 — FORCE MAJEURE

Candle Bliss is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including supply chain disruptions, weather, labor issues, or carrier delays.

SECTION 20 — CLASS ACTION WAIVER

Claims must be brought individually only. Class, collective, or representative actions are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.

SECTION 21 — TERMINATION & SURVIVAL

We may terminate access at any time for violations.
Sections regarding Safety, Indemnification, Liability, Insurance, Risk of Loss, Governing Law, and Class Action Waiver survive termination.

SECTION 22 — GOVERNING LAW & VENUE

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
Venue shall be exclusively in Maricopa County, Arizona.

SECTION 23 — CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
